Tim Shorrock

Tim Shorrock is a Washington-based correspondent for The Nation and the author of Spies for Hire: The Secret World of Intelligence Outsourcing. He is well-known known in South Korea for his writings on the US role on the Korean Peninsula. In 2015, he was named an honorary citizen of the city of Gwangju in recognition of his writings about a 1980 citizens’ uprising against military rule.
