Pavel Devyatkin is an American analyst of Arctic security and Eurasian development. He is a Research Associate at the Arctic Institute: Center for Circumpolar Security Studies. Devyatkin’s peer-reviewed articles have been published by the US Department of Defense, High North News, and the Arctic Institute. Devyatkin holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree from University College London.
