Ukraine war offers some clarity on transactional nature of US-Arab relations
Marina Mansour is a Middle East expert at the Department of the Army Headquarters. Prior to joining the Department of the Army, Ms. Mansour served as the Special Assistant and Foreign Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Political-Military Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. At the State Department, Ms. Mansour worked on issues such as security assistance, public diplomacy, and the repatriation of Guantanamo Bay detainees. Ms. Mansour earned a M.S. in Global Futures from New York University, a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Stetson University. Prior to joining the State Department she also practiced law and is admitted to the FL, NY, and NJ bars.
