Ethan Kessler

Ethan Kessler is a Research Associate in the Lester Crown Center on US Foreign Policy at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where he conducts research on US foreign policy and the relationship between US domestic politics and foreign policy. He was formerly a Marcellus Policy Fellow at the John Quincy Adams Society, where he wrote a report on the US-South Korea military alliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and previously interned at the Forum on the Arms Trade, the Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control, and the Cato Institute in Washington, DC. His writing has been published in The Hill, Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, and The National Interest. He tweets @ethankessler_.
