US reverses course on efforts to curb intensity of conflict violence
Colby Goodman is a Senior Consultant at Transparency International Defense & Security (TI-DS) where he conducts research and provides advice on key corruption risks within the international arms trade. Goodman is the former Director of the Security Assistance Monitor project of the Center for International Policy. Earlier, he served as the Deputy Director and Officer in Charge of the United Nations Office of Disarmament’s Regional Bureau in Africa, Policy Director on Military, Police, and Security Transfers at Amnesty International USA, and as a legislative aid to a U.S. Senator on the defense and foreign operations appropriations subcommittees.
