Ari Tolany

Ari Tolany is the U.S Program Officer at the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), where she focuses on civilian protection and security assistance. Previously, she was a Scoville Fellow at Stimson Center’s South Asia Program and a Brumley Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law. She holds an M.A from the University of Texas in Middle Eastern Studies.
