Adriana Beltrán is the Executive Director at the Seattle International Foundation (SIF), an organization whose mission is to champion good governance and equity in Central America through rule of law and a robust civil society. She has extensive experience addressing human rights, citizen security, and rule of law-related issues, as well as U.S. policy toward Central America.
